January Healthy Tip


A recent study has shown that the bacteria in your gut play a role in obesity and your ability to lose weight.  You can change the environment in your gut in just a couple of days for better or worse.  To restore a healthy balance eat live yogurt, kefir, fermented veggies, and avoid processed foods and sugars.  Fermented foods are easy to make at home and you can read more from “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon.
