December Healthy Tip

You are what you eat.  Even with the holidays you can still be your best AND eat great food.  The internet is full of great recipes to try.  Try looking up “Paleo” recipes for healthy options that are free of refined sugars, dairy and grains but don’t skimp at all on flavor!  Eating this way over the winter months will also help protect your immune system and help prevent those extra holiday pounds!
