April Healthy Tip

Spring is finally here!  Many people do spring cleaning at this time to clean up homes and yards.  Don’t forget your body!  Clean up your body by eating fresh vegetables and fruits and eliminating grains, dairy, and sugars for a time.  This will allow the body to detoxify.  Energy often increases as well as improved sleep, better brain function, and even decreased weight.  Need more help?
