October is Chiropractic Health Awareness month. Use this month to take inventory of how your
health is and resolve to find ways to improve it. Find an activity to get you moving, get more
sleep, add more green veggies to your diet, see your chiropractor for a
checkup. If you don’t have a
chiropractor, consider starting care while you are not hurting so that you can
prevent some future problems and maintain your active lifestyle!
