Summer is upon us and the weather has turned hot. With all that work outdoors the chances of
dehydration increases. Be sure to drink
plenty of good, clean water while outside.
Recent research has also shown that bananas are superior to sports
drinks at replenishing electrolytes, offering additional nutrition, and cost
less. While not in the study, other
whole fruits are also likely to be a better choice to naturally balance your
body.
