May Healthy Tip
If you have lower back or hip pain you may want to try sleeping
with a thin pillow between your knees when sleeping on your side. This
takes pressure off of your hips and lumbar spine and will allow the areas to
rest and heal at night. Don’t go out and buy a pillow—find a towel or
blanket, fold it and put it into a pillow case. If you are more of a back
sleeper, a larger pillow is needed to place under your knees while sleeping on
your back.
