High Blood Pressure

For high blood pressure--remove all grains (bread, pasta, corn, rice, etc) and sugar (particularly Fructose) from your diet. A high grain (thus high sugar) and low fat diet is a set up for high blood pressure. Eat good meats and lots of fresh veggies and watch not only you blood pressure go down but very likely your weight. Not bad for helping decrease your chances for diabetes either!!
